Mandeville Canyon Association now stretches from the entrance to our canyon at Sunset Boulevard all the way to the top of Mandeville Canyon Road. We are one community, dedicated to making sure our friendly and welcoming culture matches our unique natural environment.

The MCA is pursuing a series of community fire (and flood) hardening projects, entirely funded by members of our community.

    Deploy technology-driven initiatives that make our community more fire resilient while protecting our trees, ecosystems, and natural environment.

  • Make good insurance available and affordable

    Develop evidence of community risk reduction that insurance carriers can use to make quality, affordable insurance available to residents now on the FAIR Plan.

  • Increase property values

    Implementing programs that make our community more fire resilient while protecting our amazing natural environment will enhance property values.
